Dogs
Bruce

Bruce is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross (possibly Greyhound) He is four years old and homeless again!
Like many dogs after a relationship brake-up he has found himself with nowhere to go. He is a fabulous dog with a perfect temperament with humans and other animals. He is not the biggest of characters and is very quiet, a little on the nervous side. He would like a quiet life where he gets a lot of attention and although he is an adult he cannot be left alone. He would benefit from more training which has been lacking in his life so far.
I must stress that Bruce cannot be left alone at all.
Flora
Flora is about three years old and is probably a Rottweiller cross Collie, she has a good temperament with other dogs and is a little nervous with strangers especially men but this is improving and she would need an experienced home, she could not go to a home with cats.
Jip & Tess
These two are older dogs proabably around 7 years old, they are really
exceptionally nice dogs considering the very tough hand life has dealt
them.
Jip is not too keen on other dogs but this may improve given that he has never interacted with other dogs before.
Tess is bothered by nothing in life, they both just crave affection, having never had any in their life. They desperately want a fantastic home for the rest of their lives. They are clean and non destructive even though this is the first time they have ever lived in a house and even though they had never been on leads before they are now fine with going on walks and are obedient, particularly Jip who just wants to please.
They are hesitant to get into cars but travel perfectly. You really would be hard pressed to find better dogs than these!
Molly & Lilly
Lilly and Molly are mother and daughter, they both have very good temperaments with other dogs and people, they have been through a very stressful past few months but they are doing well in their foster home. All they want is a permanent home and preferably they would like to go together.
Pudding

Pudding MUST go to an experienced home. She had obviously been taught some very bad habits before she arrived here. She does have a good temperament but is very nervous and defensive.
Saffy & Scrappy
Saffy and Scrappy came together from an unsuitable home who had tired of them! They both have good temperaments although Scrappy is a bit nervous of other dogs. Saffy is probably around two and Scrappy around one. Not much has been done with them and they would really like homes where they can get a lot of love and attention as like all Staffies they crave affection. Saffy is probably a Staffordsire Bull Terrier but Scrappy is definitely a Staffy cross. They like each other but do not
neccessarily have to be rehomed together.
Thomas
Thomas is looking for the first owner in his eight years who he can actually trust! He was rehomed by the sanctuary two years ago to someone on the guarantee like all the dogs that he would be in that home for life or returned to sanctuary sadly despite the owner being an animal behaviourist at Battersea he felt it appropriate to pass Thomas on and on until yet again he ended up on death row and as the council did not even look for his chip until the tenth day this was very nearly the end for him. After a 400 hundred mile round trip to reclaim him he is now back at the sanctuary and is looking for a good enough home for
this fantastic dog who has an excellent temperament and just wants someone to look after him for the rest of his life and give him the commitment he deserves.
Winston
Winston is only around four months old, as with any puppy he needs to go to a home where someone will be at home with him all day. He is probably a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross but it is difficult to tell what he will look like as an adult although it is likely that he may well be a largish, powerful dog. He will need a lot of time and
commitment as well as training to ensure he grows into a well behaved
adult dog.
Cats
Demi

Demi is a gorgeous 10 year old cat. She is mainly white with a few tabby patches, has long hair and is speyed and vacinated.
Demi is a very affectionate cat and would love a home of her own.
